As in the past, the application process is divided into two stages: Stage 1, the Letter of Interest stage, and Stage 2, the Proposal stage. Stage 1 is open to all secular, church and other faith-based not-for-profit organizations that are tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code. Participation beyond the Letter of Interest stage is by invitation only. WORKSHOPA workshop for those interested in applying for funding is scheduled for Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. in the Auditorium at Old National BankOne Main StreetEvansville, Indiana 47708. Please note that an RSVP to the workshop is required as each attendee's name will be placed on a list that will provided to the building security staff. Additionally, access to the Auditorium is restricted. Please RSVP to Jani Hamm at the Foundation offices at info@welbornfdn.org or (812) 437-8260 by 12:00 noon on Thursday, March 10, 2011.
