Our Mission: To apply Christian Principles in support of
improved community health, well being and quality of life for all members of
the Tri-State community.
Grants made available by Welborn Baptist Foundation are awarded to secular and faith-based not-for-profit organizations and churches. The foundation supports those organizations which carry the message of Jesus Christ in their mission and which use that message to address key community issues. Welborn Baptist Foundation was created by the Board of Directors of Welborn Memorial Baptist Hospital prior to the hospital’s sale. The Board funded the Welborn Baptist Foundation to preserve the Baptist heritage of the hospital.
Effective January 1, 2005, the Welborn Foundation, Inc. and the Welborn Baptist Foundation, Inc. merged their assets and operations to create one entity, the Welborn Baptist Foundation, Inc.
