During the three years since the last
release of the Leading Community Health
Indicators Report, the Foundation worked together
with community members to broaden
and deepen the scope of this report, and to
develop new indicators that help us better
understand the status of the area we serve.
We hope our citizens in business, government,
family and personal lives will take advantage of
this report to look at this picture of our
community. Look at the trends. Consider how
they link with each other. Think about how these
indicators can be affected. This report
does more than show you how we’re doing – it
provides the wellspring from which exciting new
ideas can emerge.
If you have suggestions on areas that should be included
in the next edition of the Leading Community Indicators Report or other ways that it
could be improved, please let us know. E-mail us at
info@welbornfdn.org.
The report is presented here in two ways: 1) the document
in its entirety; and 2) subdivided by Domain (with appendices). In any case,
all documents are in Portable Document Format (PDF) and will require
the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader to access and view. All documents
also contain bookmarks for easy navigation.
